Our apartments are available for a stay of at least 4 nights.

Our 37 apartments are located at the Buitenhof in the city center of The Hague.

They range in size from 24m2 to 380m2 and are available in the following categories:

  • Studio apartments
  • One bedroom apartments
  • Two bedroom apartments
  • Two bedroom apartments 360 view
  • Penthouse

The tourist tax is €6,00 per person per night.
Tourist tax is subject to change and can be adjusted on a yearly basis by the municipality of The Hague. People younger than 13 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Studio: maximum of 2 adults.

One-bedroom apartments: maximum of 2 adults.

Two-bedroom apartments: maximum of 4 adults.

Two-bedroom apartments with terrace: maximum of 4 adults.

Penthouse: maximum of 8 adults.

The prices include: 9%BTW, water, electricity, internet, television, welcome package, tourist tax, and a weekly cleaning (with a stay longer than 7 days).

Not included: final cleaning.

We maintain the uniform requirements of the food and services industry.

All cancellations must be sent in via e-mail and are only valid if they are confirmed by 348 Suites. 348 Suites B.V. retains the right to charge a cancellation fee on the credit card used for the booking. For more information, please read our general terms & conditions and cancellation policy.

Earliest check-in time is 3:00 pm. The exact time should be determined by mutual agreement between you and our staff.

On the day of arrival, an employee of 348 Suites B.V. will meet you at the location. A specific time for the meeting has to be agreed in advance, but normally the apartments will be available from 3:00 pm. The employee will hand over the key and do the check-in.

Upon arrival, all guests must provide valid identification in the form of a passport (or National Identification Card). Unfortunately, we cannot accept a driver’s license for this purpose.

Yes, provided the total does not exceed the maximum number of persons allowed.

Smoking and vaping is forbidden throughout the premises.

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

Guests are not allowed to make changes to the apartment unless 348 Suites has given written permission to do so. Guests themselves are responsible for any damage caused by (small) adjustments (For example: nails, screws, stickers, etc.).

Should something break, please call 348 Suites. We will see to it that someone from our technical service comes as quickly as possible to address the problem.

Each apartment has its own internet and tv connection.

348 Suites encourages guests to uphold the cleanliness of their rented apartment(s) through regular upkeep. This involves disposing of your own trash, handling your towel laundering, and attending to your dishes. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen will be cleaned professionally once a week (with a stay of 7 days or longer). Here we will also replace your linen with fresh ones. If you want more facilities cleaned, please ask us so in a timely manner. After a guest has checked out, a thorough final cleaning will be done to ensure cleanliness for the next guest.

Each guest will receive 2 keys total per stay, that can open the main entrance as well as the door to the apartment in question.

Lost your keys? If you lost your keys please let us know as soon as possible. The key will be deactivated and a new one will be programmed. A fee of €100,- will be charged for this.

In the event that a guest locks him- or herself outside after which 348 Suites needs to let them in the apartment, a fee of €50,- will be charged for travel/additional costs made by 348 Suites.

Yes! The premises has two elevators in use that are located in the central hall.

We have a limited amount of parking spaces in the parking garage underneath the building for 15,- euros per night (contact us about availability). Bicycles can be stalled outside in the designated bicycle stand at the backside of the building.

Booking a room at 348 Suites on our website can be paid with creditcard (Visa & Mastercard), American Express, and PIN payment.

Regardless of the length of your stay, we initiate a deposit on the day of checking-in. If the booking is done via, we initiate a deposit of €500,-.

With a booking longer than 1 month, we require a deposit of €1000,-. Up to 7 days after your stay, we will refund the deposit provided there are no defects.

Everything is included in the price of the apartment, including the weekly cleaning (only if you stay longer than 7 nights). the final cleaning costs vary depending on the apartment you choose.

With a stay up untill one month, the full amount has to be paid up front. With a stay of longer than one month, payment can be done monthly. For more questions, please contact us at
